  • PTFE continuous service temperature is 260 ºC (500 ºF),
  • FEP continuous service temperature is 200 ºC (392 ºF), {FEP NP-12X is rated at 150 ºC (302ºF)},
  • PFA continuous service temperature is 260 ºC (500 ºF),
  • ETFE continuous service temperature is 150 ºC (302 ºF),
  • PCTFE continuous service temperature is 120º C (248 ºF)

Answer:Fine powder is stored at 45 ºF to 55 ºF. Dispersion is stored at 45 ºF to 55 ºF. Molding powder is stored at ambient temperature (Do not expose to high temperatures)

Answer:Yes, Daikin is both ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2008 certified

Answer:Kel-F® was PCTFE made by 3M who discontinued this product several years ago. Daikin's PCTFE is equivalent based on ASTM D-1430-95.

Answer:Daikin products come in 20-kg cartons, 25-kg bags, 50-kg drums, 1,000-kg gaylords, 1,000-kg liquid totes and other package sizes/types depending on products.

Answer:Yes, Daikin America is RC 14001 certified. and ISO 14001:2008 certified
Question:Have Daikin materials been tested to USP Class VI standards?
Answer:

US Pharmacopeia Class VI

Daikin has tested representative samples of its fluoropolymer products in accordance to USP Class VI protocols. All samples that have been tested meet these standards. Tests to USP Class VI protocols have been performed on virgin material and not on finished products. If further testing to USP Class VI standards is required by each device manufacturer, it is their responsibility to do so.
